Please check the status of your order before contacting
 
1. Go to the inbox of the email address you entered at check out.
2. Search "contact@newdaysamepain.com".
3. Find your order confirmation email and copy the tracking number provided.
4. Go to royalmail.com/track-your-item and paste the tracking number.
5. Royal Mail aims to deliver domestic orders within 2-3 working days and international orders within 5-7 working days. (This may vary or delay depending on the holidays, Corona virus, general issues within the mail system but your order will arrive.)
 
If after 7-9 working days your order has not arrived please check the tracking information to make sure you have not missed the delivery as it will need to be redelivered by royal mail or retrieved from your local post office, these options should be made available when you view your tracking. If the status does not show its been delivered then your order is still on the way and will be with you shortly.
