Please check the status of your order before contacting customer support:
1. Go to the inbox of the email you entered at check out.
2. Search "contact@newdaysamepain.com".
3. Open your order confirmation email to find your order # (Eg. #ND1234SP).
4. Go to our "Track Your Order" page and enter your order # and email.
5. We aim to deliver domestic and international orders within 5-10 working days. (Delivery times may vary or delay depending on holidays, strikes, import customs and general issues within the mailing system but your order will arrive).
Order status:
If your order is a pre-order please allow 4-8 weeks for the production of your order to complete, after the production of your order is completed you will receive a email with the tracking number and our usual shipping times will apply.
If after 10 working days of receiving your tracking number your order has not arrived check your tracking number, if you have a failed delivery attempt your order will need to be redelivered by the courier or retrieved from the couriers local pick-up location. These options should be made available when you enter your tracking number on the couriers website, if these options are not available it is recommended that the recipient contact the courier to arrange redelivery or pick-up.
If the tracking information does not show your order is delivered then your order is still on the way.
If the tracking information shows your order is missing then email contact@newdaysamepain.com and we will provide a replacement.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for anything other than damaged goods. Refer to the size charts provided with each product before making your purchase.
